How things work here
When a figure is missing, we say so. We do not invent it.
Every score is broken down factor by factor: cloud, Moon, altitude, duration, light pollution. You see where the number comes from, and you are free to disagree.
If a seeing forecast is missing, that factor leaves the calculation instead of counting as zero, and the plan says so by lowering its own confidence.
The night’s running order accounts for slews, focusing, filter changes and the meridian flip: those are real minutes, and subtracting them from usable time is the only way a plan survives contact with the night.
